Susan Ellis is a Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist. She is a Certified Bioenergetic Therapist, an Approved Training Analyst, and has been a Clinical Instructor for the training program for the Dallas Society for Bioenergetic Analysis. In 1982, she began her tenure as a founding board member for the DSBA and has served in various capacities for twenty two years: leading workshops, seminars and exercise classes. Susan is currently a board member and a training committee member for the DSBA. She was one of the first women bioenergetic therapists to be certified in Texas. Susan has co-led therapy groups at the Pacific Northwest Bioenergetic Conference and the Southern California Bioenergetic Conference for several years. She also works as a therapist in California for other bioenergetic therapists.
Susan is also a Certified EMDR Level II Therapist (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) since 1998.
Special Interests include: health dynamics, mentoring, weekend therapy retreats, group and individual process.
Susan believes her role is to help clients find their paths and create the necessary tools for their goals. She passionately loves her work and the pulsation of life!
