Energetic Processes
The “classroom” portion of the Training Program for Training Year 2024 - 2025 shall consist of seven (7) two day Training Periods (held on Saturday and Sunday). The location of the trainings will be announced.
Training Program Schedule - 2024– 2025 DSBA presents “ Energetic Processes in Somatic Relational Psychotherapy.”
Bioenergetic Analysis is a holistic form of psychotherapy that works with a person's physical, emotional, and intellectual patterns as a means to foster the client's well-being and increased aliveness. Bioenergetic Analysis seeks to bring about the conscious integration of mind and body, therefore, the focus is both on the psychological issues presented and the manifestation of these issues as shown in the individual's body, energy, and movement. Patterns of muscular tension reflect an individual's emotional history and include such things as early childhood relationships with caregivers, physical and emotional trauma, and the extent to which self development was possible.
This year we will focus on the reading the language of the body and applying energetic techniques. You will experience and learn about the energetic processes of your own body and your own character strengths. You will learn physical interventions that are helpful to work on blocks to return the body to the pulsation of healthy life force.
