Rick Spletter, LCSW, LPC, CBT has been in private practice in Dallas for 32 years. He has been a local trainer and supervisor for the Dallas Society for Bioenergetic Analysis (DSBA) since 1999. He is also an approved supervisor for LCSW and LPC candidates.
Rick works primarily with adults and specializes in anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and anger issues. He has presented many workshops in the last 20 years to corporations, therapists, and the public at large. His “Stress Tools” workshop is his most sought after workshop because of the belly laughing fun he injects, and the many effective stress reducing tools he teaches.
Rick has been practicing Bioenergetic Analysis since 1981. In recent years he has added two additional focal points to his practice. One is Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT), a revolutionary new form of therapy that utilizes visual eye stimulation and color developed by Dr. Steven Vazquez. ETT works on the stress reaction to physical and emotional pain. Many painful conditions can be resolved quite rapidly. The other new focal point of Rick’s practice is a series of workshops titled “Building Self-Esteem in Children: A Tool Kit for Parents, Teachers, and Caregivers”. These workshops are Rick’s unique approach to helping parents and caregivers change bad habits, and learn effective and automatic behaviors, to help kids establish a stronger belief in themselves.
Rick offers free introductory sessions for any person interested in his services.
